摘要
针对某量产电子助力转向系统(EPS)用永磁直流电机,分析直流电机数学模型以及实际工况中电枢电阻和反电动势系数发生变化的原因。通过有限元电磁仿真软件Ansoft建立电机等效模型,仿真不同工况下的电枢反应状态。推导电机电阻、感应电动势系数随运行工况的变化,从而得到变参数的转速计算表达式。搭建电机测试台,通过电机控制器实时检测电机电压、电流、温度并依据表达式估计转速,对比定参数估计转速值和实际转速值。在电机负载和环境温度发生变化时,该估计表达式仍可以较精确地估计电机转速。
Based on permanent magnet DC motor used in an electronic power steering system( EPS),the mathematical model for DC motor is analyzed to find out the reason why the armature resistance and the reverse electromotive force coefficient change in the actual work of the motor. Ansoft finite element electromagnetic simulation software is used to establish the equivalent model for the motor structure and simulate the armature reaction state under different working conditions. The variation of motor resistance and induced electromotive force coefficient with operating conditions is derived,and the mathematical expression of the variation parameter of rotating speed is estimated. The motor test platform is set up,and the motor voltage,current and temperature are measured in real-time by the motor controller,and the speed is estimated according to the expression. The results show that the motor speed can be estimated accurately when the motor load and ambient temperature change.
