摘要
煤岩在受力破裂过程中会向外辐射出电磁信号,通过对该类电磁辐射信号进行采集和分析,可以判断矿山中煤岩破裂的程度,评估是否具有塌方隐患进而实现灾害预警。针对上述场景,设计实现了一种高速数据采集与数据处理系统,以现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为采集部分主控制器实现12通道高速同步采样,开发基于服务器的处理软件实现数据多样化采集、实时存储、实时显示、以及信号识别与辐射源定位算法实现等功能。实验结果表明:该系统能够实现预定的功能,运行稳定可靠,对研究煤岩破裂辐射信号特性具有重要意义。
The coal rock radiates electromagnetic signal outward during the process of force and rupture. By collecting and analyzing on this kind of electromagnetic radiation signals,it is possible to judge the degree of coal rock rupture in mine and evaluate whether there is a hidden danger of the landslide and realize the disaster warning. Aiming at the above scenarios,a high-speed data acquisition and data processing system is designed and implemented. Field programmable gate array( FPGA) is used as the acquisition part of the main controller to realize 12-channel high-speed synchronous sampling. The server-based processing software is developed to realize data diversification acquisition,real-time storage and real-time display,and the functions of signal recognition and radiation source localization algorithm implementation. The experimental results show that the system can achieve the predetermined function,and the operation is stable and reliable,which is of great significance for studying the characteristics of coal rock fracture radiation signal.
