摘要 针对磁隔离信号传输的电路设计不能兼顾简单性与快速性的缺点,基于信号调制解调的基本原理,设计了一种基于发射极耦合的高速调制解调电路,并给出了工作原理以及参数设计分析。实验结果表明:在使用高耦合系数的变压器下,信号传输延迟与其他方案相比减小了25%,同时在耦合系数变化的情况下,信号传输延迟仍然保证传输延迟在50 ns以内。 The circuit design of magnetic isolated signal transmission can not take into account simplicity and fastness at the same time. Aiming at this shortcoming and based on to the basic principle of signal modulation and demodulation,a high-speed modulation and demodulation circuit based on emitter coupling is designed. The working principles and the analysis of parameters design are conducted. The experimental results show that when using the transformer of high coupling coefficient,the signal transmission delay is reduced by 25 % compared with other schemes,and the signal transmission delay still guarantees the transmission delay within 50ns when the coupling coefficient changes.
