摘要
丹阳中专依托智慧校园大数据平台,融合影响教师发展的多项指标数据,建成了覆盖全员、贯穿全程的教师发展管理系统,提供了教师发展规划、动态评估和改进建议,构建了促进教师主动发展的工作体系,有效探索了建立教师队伍可持续发展的长效机制。
Relying on the smart campus big data platform,Danyang Secondary Vocational School has integrated a number of indicator data which affect the teacher development and has built a teacher development management system that covers all employees and runs through the process,providing teacher development planning,dynamic evaluation and improvement suggestions.It constructs the work system that promotes the teachers’active development,and effectively explores the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the sustainable development of the teachers.
