人文教学在口腔颌面外科实习护生带教中的应用效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解口腔颌面外科实习护生对护理工作的满意情况和学习情况,探讨人文教学在实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法采用自填式问卷对2016-2018年在口腔颌面外科实习的护生进行问卷调查。结果本次调查中,有222人(96.1%)对科室的护理工作总体满意,有50人(21.6%)认为带教教师较关心同学的工作和生活,有3人(1.3%)在实习结束后仍不能掌握科室常见的专科疾病护理知识。χ~2检验结果显示带教教师对实习护生的关心程度不同,护生对科室护理工作的总体满意度和对科室常见的专科疾病护理知识掌握情况也不同。结论带教教师对护生的关心程度可以影响护生的学习状况和满意度,建议进一步加强护生的人文教学。 Objective To investigate the satisfaction and learning situation on nursing jobs among nursing students practicing in maxillofacial surgery,and to explore the application effect of humanity teaching in practice teaching for nursing students. Methods Self-administered questionnaires were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among nursing students practicing in oral and maxillofacial surgery during year 2016 and year 2018.Results In this survey,222( 96. 1%) students were satisfied with the nursing work of this department,50( 21. 6%)students thought that the teacher was generally concerned with the work and life of the students,and of which 3( 1.3%) couldn’t master the common care knowledge of specialist disease in this department after the internship.The results of the chi-square test showed that the teachers had different degrees of concern for the nursing students,and the overall satisfaction of the nursing students on the nursing work of the department and the mastering of common nursing knowledge of specialist disease in the department were also different.Conclusions The degree of teachers concern with students could influence the learning status and satisfaction of the nursing students,and it is recommended to further strengthen the humanity teaching for nursing students.
