摘要
随双面组件市场占有率的增加,光伏背板使用量提升,玻璃成为背板材料的最佳选择,通常使用超白压延玻璃或浮法玻璃作为双玻组件用背板材料。通过对两种玻璃的力学性能及电性能进行实验研究,发现随着厚度的增加,玻璃的抗冲击强度、抗弯强度增加,作为组件背板使用时,其透过率、组件发电功率总体呈下降趋势;相同厚度下,玻璃的抗冲击强度表现为:超白压延玻璃<浮法玻璃,抗弯强度、组件正面发电功率基本相同,透过率、组件背面发电功率表现为:超白压延玻璃>浮法玻璃,浮法玻璃作双玻组件用背板玻璃使用时性价比较高。
With the increase of the city for double component,photovoltaic modules backplane also will increase,glass becomes the best choice for the back material,it often use ultra clear rolling glass or float glass as double glass backboard material components.The mechanical and electrical properties of the two kinds of glass were studied experimentally.It was found that with the increase of thickness,the impact strength and bending strength of the glass increased,when it is used as the component backplane,the transmittance and the power generated by the components decreased.Under the same thickness,the impact strength are shown as:ultra clear rolling glass<float glass,bending strength of the glass and the power generation on the front of the two components is basically the same,the transmittance and the power generation power on the back of the components are shown as:ultra clear rolling glass>float glass.When the float glass is used as the back glass of double glass component,its cost performance is higher.
