基于台架的真空泵车内噪声计算方法研究

摘要 真空泵噪声问题是电动汽车突出问题之一,如何基于台架噪声预测真空泵车内噪声成为一项重要的研究课题。基于台架噪声声源转换,结合声传函(Acoustic Transfer Function,ATF)测试结果,推导了真空泵车内噪声的计算公式,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,该计算方法准确有效,与试验误差在1.5dB(A)左右。该计算方法对车辆噪声子系统目标分解选型具有重要参考价值。 Vacuum pumps noise is one of the major problems in electric vehicles.How to precisely predict interior noise induced by vacuum pump has become a research point.Bench noise source conversion combined with Acoustic Transfer Function test results,the formula for calculating the interior noise can be derived.After the test verification,the results show that the calculation method is accurate and effective,which predictive error is about 1.5 dB(A).It provides important reference for target decomposition and selection of vehicle noise subsystem.
