抛沙灭火车移动进料装置运动特性分析

摘要 介绍了抛沙灭火车移动进料装置的结构和工作原理。该移动进料装置由3个液压油缸驱动,在检测阀、控制阀和换向阀的控制下可实现3个油缸的依次运动和共同运动,并完成工作循环。该移动进料装置既可作为整车的货箱底板、又可作为物料的输送装置,具有承载能力大、占用空间小的优点。通过理论计算和实验测试,获得了液压油缸的输出力和运动速度的变化规律,为分析移动进料装置的功率输出和效率提供了依据。 The structure and working principle of the moving feeding device of the sand throwing fire extinguishing vehicle were introduced.The mobile feeding device was driven by three hydraulic cylinders.Under the control of the detection valve,control valve and reversing valve,the three cylinders can move in sequence or move together,and complete the working cycle.The mobile feeding device can be used as the bottom plate of the whole vehicle and the conveying device of materials,which has the advantages of large carrying capacity and a small footprint.The variation law of the output force and moving speed of the hydraulic cylinder was obtained by theoretical calculation and experimental test,which provides a basis for analyzing the power output and efficiency of the moving feeding device.
