大豆不育系光合性状与百粒重相关分析 被引量:4

Correlation Analysis between Photosynthetic Characters and 100 Grain Weight of Soybean Sterile Lines

摘要 以异交率高、中、低3种基因型大豆不育系及其同型保持系为材料,通过分析盛花期叶片光合作用的气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数,深入探讨光合性状对大豆不育系产量的影响.结果表明,高异交率大豆光合性能高于低异交率;相关分析表明,百粒重与净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)呈显著正相关,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)与百粒重呈负相关,其中Pn、Fv/Fm和Ci直接通径系数均为正数,对百粒重有积极影响.欲提高杂交大豆制种产量,应选择Pn、Gs和Fv/Fm高以及较低Ci的不育系为母本. The effects of photosynthetic characters on the yield of soybean sterile lines were determined.Analysis of gas exchange parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of photosynthesis in the leaves of flowering stage of three genotypes of high,medium and low outcrossing rate and their maintainers,showed that the photosynthetic performance of high outcrossing rate soybean was higher than that of low outcrossing rate soybean.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between 100 seed weight and net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter(Fv/Fm),and a negative correlation between the intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and 100 seed weight,among which the net photosynthetic rat,chlorophyll fluorescence parameter(Fv/Fm)and the direct path coefficient of intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)were all positive and which had positive effect on the weight of 100 grains.In conclusion,in order to improve the seed production of hybrid soybean,the sterile lines with high net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter(Fv/Fm)and low intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)should be selected as the female parent.
