摘要
污水管网作为公共基础设施,在减少污水乱排乱放、维护生态环境中有着重要的作用。当前,污水管网建设已经从城市向农村地区延伸,农村污水管网普及率不断提升,但受各种因素影响,农村污水管网在维护及管理中存在不少问题。基于此,本文首先分析了农村污水管网维护、管理中的问题,包括维管理念不足、调查工作薄弱、维护方法陈旧、责任机制欠缺等,然后就如何克服问题提出了对策。
As a public infrastructure,the sewage pipe network plays an important role in reducing the random discharge of sewage and maintaining the ecological environment.At present,the construction of sewage pipeline network has extended from urban to rural areas,and the popularity of rural sewage pipeline network has been increasing.However,due to various factors,there are many problems in the maintenance and management of rural sewage pipeline network.Based on this,the article first analyzes the problems in the maintenance and management of rural sewage pipeline networks,including insufficient maintenance concepts,weak survey work,outdated maintenance methods,and lack of responsibility mechanisms,and then proposes countermeasures to overcome problems.
