电镀废水处理中的沉淀-MBR工艺改造

摘要 本研究对电镀废水处理系统原有的综合废水和混合废水的工艺进行改造,在MBR池前增加沉淀池,缓解了膜堵塞问题,系统在线反冲洗后可维持至少24 h稳定运行。系统运行3周,综合废水MBR及混合废水MBR的日平均通量分别为12.56 L/(m^2·h)及10.49 L/(m^2·h),每天运行时间21 h下满足处理水量及排放水质要求。 In this study,the original integrated wastewater and mixed wastewater processes of the electroplating wastewater treatment system were modified,a sedimentation tank was added in front of the MBR tank to alleviate the problem of membrane clogging,the system could maintain stable operation for at least 24 hours after online backwashing.The system was operated for 3 weeks,the daily average fluxes of the combined wastewater MBR and the mixed wastewater MBR were 12.56 L/(m^2·h)and 10.49 L/(m^2·h),respectively,and met the requirements of treated water volume and discharged water quality under the daily operation time of 21 h.
