摘要
目的探讨思维导图教学法对护生中医护理适宜技术的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年7月—2019年7月在上海中医药大学附属市中医医院实习的70名护生为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组35名,观察组35名。对照组沿用操作示范、观看中医护理技术操作录像等进行教学,观察组则在传统方法基础上引入思维导图对学生进行指导。比较两组护生的操作考核成绩、护理教育评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)得分。结果干预后,观察组护生的操作成绩、CTDI-CV得分均高于对照组,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图教学法有利于提高护生的操作技能及评判性思维,督促其进行自我学习,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore the effects of mind map teaching in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)technique teaching for nursing students.Methods 70 nursing students who were interned at the Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects were selected by convenience sampling,and randomly assigned to the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).Nursing students in the control group continued to be taught by the conventional centralized operation demonstration and the TCM nursing technology operation video,while nursing students in the observation group received mind map guidance based on the conventional method.The operation performance scores,and the scores of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The scores of nursing performance,CTDI-CV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The mind map teaching is conducive to improving the operating skills and critical thinking of nursing students,and motivating them to learn by themselves,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
