摘要
随着国内外制造业的不断发展,市场对铝合金薄板的需求量日益增大,为满足市场对铝合金薄板的需求,中国重型机械研究院股份公司为某铝厂研制了一套10 MN的铝合金薄板拉伸机组。机组结构采用封闭的拉伸受力系统,拉伸力不会对设备基础产生影响;采用C形板与扣梁的组合式夹头,加工方便且精度高,也节省空间;双向可调式夹紧机构通过控制前、后螺母在推杆上的位置,调节推杆伸出和缩回,实现钳口对待拉伸板材的均匀可靠夹紧;并经过多次实验和模拟分析,确定了机组采用45°交错牙型,牙间距3 mm,牙深度1.5 mm。生产实践证明,该机组运行平稳,可靠性高。
With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry,the demand for thin aluminum alloy plates is increasing day by day.In order to meet the needs of markets,China Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.developed a 10 MN thin aluminum alloy plate stretcher for a aluminum factory.The stretcher adopt the closed force system,and the tensile force has no effect on the foundation.The combinational head of C-shape plate and beam,which is convenient and high precision to manufacture,and also saves space.Bi-directional adjustable clamping mechanism extend and retract the rod,through control the position of the front and back nuts on the rod,to realize the uniform and reliable clamping of the jaw to the drawing plate.After experiments and simulation analysis,the unit is determined to adopt interlacing teeth 45°,tooth distance 3 mm and tooth depth 1.5 mm.The production practic show that the stretcher run smoothly and reliably.
