摘要
专科医师规范化培训是毕业后教育的重要组成部分,对培养高层次临床医师起着承前启后的重要作用。北京大学医学部多年来致力于专科医师规范化培训的试点与探索。本文介绍了在国家建立专科医师规范化培训制度的思想指导下,北京大学医学部专科医师规范化培训制度的培养目标和制度设计。同时,以参与专科医师规范化培训试点的肿瘤医院专科医师的满意度评价为视角,从制度运行与培训效果的7个一级指标,28个二级指标进行效果评估及满意度分析。结果显示,专科医师规范化培训制度运行良好,专科医师总体满意度较高。建议从优化培训方案,改善培训条件、增加实践机会,加强师资队伍建设,改善组织管理与配套保障等方面,进一步完善专科医师规范化培训制度建设,持续提高专科医师培训质量。
Specialists standardized training is an important component of medical education after graduation,and plays an important role in training highlevel qualified clinicians.Peking University Health Science Center has been dedicated to the pilot and exploration of standardized training for specialists for many years.This paper introduced the goal and the design of the specialists training system in Peking University Health Science Center under the guidance of the national system.It also provided effect evaluation and satisfaction analysis with 7 primary indicators and 28 secondary indicators of system construction and training effect,from the perspective of satisfaction evaluation of specialists in a cancer hospital which was a pilot of specialists standardized training.The results showed that the specialists training system ran well with the high overall satisfaction of the trainees.It was suggested to improve the specialists training system from the following aspects:optimize training programs,improve the training environment,increase practice opportunities,strengthen the teaching abilities,improve organizational management and support.
