摘要
目的观察1565nm非剥脱点阵激光联合丹参注射液在黄褐斑治疗中的的临床效果。方法 2017年08月至2019年07月,共收集63例黄褐斑患者,应用1565nm非剥脱点阵激光联合丹参注射液皮内注射进行治疗,将治疗前后黄褐斑面积严重程度评分(melasma area and severity index,MASI)和MASI分值下降率(decline rate of MASI,MDR)作为有效性指标,观察疗效。结果 63例患者治疗后MDR均≥40%,有效率为100%,其中26(41.3%)例MDR≥60%。结论 1565nm非剥脱点阵激光联合丹参注射液在黄褐斑治疗中起效较快,临床改善明显。
Objective To observe the clinical e ffect of non-ablative photothermolysis combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of melasma. Methods From August 2017 to July 2019, a total of 63 cases of melasma patients with various causes were collected and treated with 1565nm non-ablative dot matrix combined with Danshen injection subcutaneously for treatment. The melasma area and severity index (MASI) and the decline rate of MASI (MDR) were used as indicators of effectiveness, and the efficacy was observed. Results After treatment, 63 patients had MDR ≥40%, and the effective rate was 100%, of which 26 (41.3%) patients had MDR ≥60%. Conclusion This method has a rapid effect on the treatment of melasma, and the clinical improvement is obvious.
