摘要
为了解决混合动力有轨电车在制动过程中制动能量回收率过低的问题,增加行驶里程,提高制动安全性、可靠性,该文搭建基于新型供电方式的有轨电车混合动力系统,借鉴车辆经济驾驶模式的思想,提出了基于经济驾驶的制动优化方法。方法根据车辆在不同运行状态下对牵引力/制动力的需求,结合牵引电机的机械特性曲线,研究了再生制动力与机械制动力的分配方法,在此基础上,研究了考虑制动能量回收率的混合动力系统能量管理方法。该方法可以有效控制超级电容的SoC,为有轨电车制动能量的回收提供可靠的存储容量。根据仿真实验结果可以看出,优化后制动能量回收率比优化前制动能量回收率提高5%左右,说明基于经济驾驶的制动优化方法,能够有效提高有轨电车制动能量回收率。
In order to solve the low braking energy recovery rate of the hybrid tram during the braking process,increase driving mileage and improve brake safety and reliability,this paper puts forward the braking optimization method based on economic driving idea and the hybrid power system based novel power supply model,and which studies the distribution method of regenerative force and mechanical braking force according to the demand of the vehicle for traction or braking force under different operating conditions and the mechanical characteristic curve of the traction motor.On this basis,the braking energy management method of hybrid power system considering braking energy recovery rate was studied.The braking energy management method can effectively control the SoC of super capacitor and provide reliable storage capacity for the recovery of braking energy of trams.According to the simulation results,it can be got that the optimized braking energy recovery rate is about 5%higher than before optimized method,which indicates that the braking optimization method based on economic driving can effectively improve the braking energy recovery rate of trams.
