摘要
近年来随着我国城市地下综合管廊建设需求的不断提高,PPP模式的应用逐渐成为我国综合管廊项目建设的发展趋势。但是如何能够在加快综合管廊数量建设的同时,建立科学合理的绩效评价体系以保证项目的顺利实施,是目前综合管廊项目健康可持续发展所亟待解决的问题。BIM信息技术凭借其信息集成等功能优势应用于综合管廊PPP项目中,不仅改变了传统的工程管理模式,提高了工程建设速度和质量,而且将更有利于帮助综合管廊PPP项目解决项目建设全生命周期中的绩效评价难题。
In recent years, with the increasing demand for the construction of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor, the application of PPP model has gradually become the development trend of China’s comprehensive pipe corridor project. However, how to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system to ensure the smooth implementation of the project while accelerating the construction of the number of comprehensive pipe corridor is an urgent problem to be solved for the healthy and sustainable development of the comprehensive pipe corridor project. BIM information technology is applied to the PPP project of integrated pipe gallery by virtue of its information integration and other functional advantages, which not only changes the traditional project management mode,improves the speed and quality of project construction, but also helps the PPP project of integrated pipe gallery to solve the performance evaluation problem in the whole life cycle of project construction.
