摘要 高职院校为培养同时具有理论水平和专业技能人才,实验、实训类课程在日常教学活动中所占比重不断增大,随之而来的是电气安全隐患增多,电气安全事故频发。为了解决上述问题,研究了一种实验室用在线绝缘监测系统,将绝缘电阻变化率分析、负载变化率分析、电能质量分析以及谐波分析运用到电气绝缘故障检测领域,能够实时监测电气设备的各类电气参数,对故障进行报警和预警。既能够实现对学生及教职员工人身安全的保护,也能够实现对实验室、实训室内的线路和设备的保护,有效地保障了教学活动的正常开展。 In order to train talents with both theoretical level and professional skills,the proportion of experiment and practical training courses in daily teaching activities is increasing in vocational colleges,followed by the increase of electrical safety hazards and frequent electrical safety accidents.In order to solve the above problems,an on-line insulation monitoring system for laboratory is studied.The insulation resistance change rate analysis,load change rate analysis,power quality analysis and harmonic analysis are applied to the field of electrical insulation fault detection.It can monitor all kinds of electrical parameters of electrical equipment in real time,alarm and forewarn faults.It can not only protect the personal safety of students and teaching staff,but also protect the circuit and equipment in the laboratory and training room,effectively ensuring the normal development of teaching activities.
