摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了3种不同人工饲料对松褐天牛生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明,以马尾松为饲料主要成分饲养的松褐天牛效果良好,其幼虫发育历期(73.21 d)、化蛹率(92.93%)、羽化率(96.52%)、蛹重(0.3218 g)、成虫重(0.2584 g)、成虫寿命(雌成虫43.06 d,雄成虫39.25 d)、每雌刻槽数(129.93个)、每雌产卵量(92.44粒)、卵孵化率(78.94%)和每雌子代幼虫数(73.11头)均显著高于湿地松和雪松为主要成分饲养的。在3种人工饲料配方中,以马尾松为饲料配方是室内饲养松褐天牛的最适宜人工饲料配方。
The development period and oviposition of Monochamus alternatus reared by three different artificial diets were studied under laboratory conditions.The results showed the larvae development period(73.21 d),pupation rate(92.93%),emergence rate(96.52%),pupal weights(0.3218 g),adult weights(0.2584 g),adult longevity(female 43.06 d,male 39.25 d),number of oviposition scars per female(129.93 scars),number of eggs laid per female(92.44 eggs),rate of eggs hatching(78.94%)and number of progeny per female(73.11 larvae)of Monochamus alternatus fed with Pinus massoniana had significantly higher than Pinus elliottii and Cedrus deodara fed with Pinus massoniana.Among the three tested food,Pinus massoniana was most suitable diet for the mass rearing Monochamus alternatus in laboratory.
