摘要
随着信息科技的发展,高校的人事管理模式也需要与时俱进,采用信息化的人事管理系统是提高人事管理效率的有效途径。文章根据高校人事管理的需求进行方案设计,采用SQL Server数据库技术和应用程序开发软件Delphi完成信息系统的开发,并将其应用到山东建筑大学人事部门。系统通过测试和试用表明,系统符合人事部门的个性化需求,其具有交互界面操作清晰、历史数据可追溯及通用查询统计功能等优势,可有效地改善人事管理的传统模式,提高工作效率并可为人事政策等的制定给予指导。
With the development of information technology,the personnel management mode in colleges and universities also needs to keep pace with the Times.It is an effective way to improve the efficiency of personnel management to use information-based personnel management system.This paper designs the scheme,uses SQL Server database technology and software Delphi to complete the system,and applies the system to the personnel department of Shandong Jianzhu university.Through the test and trial,the result shows that the system conforms to the personalized needs of the personnel department,it has the advantages of clear interface operation,traceable historical data,and can realize the general query and statistics function,the system has improved the traditional mode of personnel management and work efficiency,and the report analysis can provide guidance for personnel policy and other aspects.
