摘要
目的分析经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月-2018年12月天津市河西区康复医院收治的胫骨远端骨折患者50例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组给予常规切开复位钢板内固定术,观察组采取经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,且观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的24.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术治疗胫骨远端骨折患者过程中应用经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术,具有良好的治疗效果,有利于改善患者预后,对促进患者术后康复具有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate fixation for distal tibia fracture. Methods Fifty patients with distal tibia fracture admitted to Tianjin Hexi District Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study. They were divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional open reduction plate internal fixation,and the observation group adopted percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate internal fixation. The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were compared. Results The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 24.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of surgical treatment of distal tibial fractures,percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate fixation had a good therapeutic effect,which was conducive to improving the prognosis of patients,had a positive significance in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients,it was worthy of clinical application.
