摘要
目的分析心理护理对于帕金森患者焦虑状态的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年8月佛山市禅城区中心医院收治的282例帕金森患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各141例。对照组患者行常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组基础上加强心理护理。比较两组患者护理后的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、生存质量评分以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果观察组患者护理后的MoCA评分、生存质量评分高于对照组;观察组实施护理后的SAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在帕金森患者护理中加以心理护理能够改善患者焦虑状态,护理效果良好,能够促进患者早日康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the anxiety state of patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods Two hundred and eighty-two patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to Foshan Chancheng District Central Hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 141 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The MoCA score,quality of life score and SAS score of the two groups were compared. Results The MoCA score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of SAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing in Parkinson’s patient care could improve the anxiety state of the patients,and the nursing effect was good,which could promote the early recovery of the patients.
