High temperature plasticity study of 30MnVS non-tempered automotive steel

摘要 通过Gleeble3800热模拟试验机对30MnVS钢的高温塑性进行测定,试样断裂后迅速喷水冷却;利用JMS-6490扫描电镜观察断口,使用0rigin8.0绘图软件绘制断面收缩率曲线、抗拉强度曲线和应力应变曲线,使用Axio Imager M2m蔡司金相显微镜对喷水冷却试样断口附近的组织进行观察。结果表明:30MnVS钢第Ⅲ脆性区的温度范围为650~900℃,奥氏体晶界处析出硫化锰、碳化钒等促进了铁素体膜的形成,沿奥氏体晶界析出的网状铁素体膜是存在脆性区的主要原因。在实际生产中,矫直要在900℃以上进行,才能有效的避免因矫直作用力产生的裂纹。 The high temperature plasticity of 30 MnVS was measured by Gleeble 3800 thermal simulator,when the sample was broken,it was sprayed with water and cooled rapidly;then the fracture was observed by JMS-6490 scanning electron microscope,the section shrinkage curve,tensile strength curve and stress-strain curve were drawn using 0 rigin8.0 drawing software,Microstructure near the fracture of the spray-cooled sample was observed using a Zeiss metallurgical microscope. The results showed that the temperature range of the third brittle zone of 30 MnVS steel was 650-900 ℃,since manganese sulfide,vanadium carbide,etc. was precipitated at the austenite grain boundary,the formation of the ferrite film was promoted. The reticulated ferrite film deposited along the austenite grain boundaries was the main reason for the presence of the brittle zone. In actual production,straightening should be carried out above 900 ℃ in order to effectively reduce cracks caused by straightening.
