摘要
目的调查广东省粤东地区医疗机构药学学科建设和药学服务能力,为医院药学工作的建设和规划提供依据。方法通过发放调查问卷方式对粤东四市(汕头、揭阳、潮州和梅州)二级以上医疗机构药学学科建设总体现状进行调研、分析和评价。结果纳入调查的55家医疗机构中,三级医院药学专业技术人员配备明显不足,仅占全院专业技术人员的4.6%,而二级医院大专及以下学历药学人员占比高达73.8%;大多数医疗机构药学服务仍局限于药品采购和药品调剂等传统内容,精准化用药检测开展较少,临床药师培养和药事管理信息化水平较为薄弱。结论粤东地区医院药学工作要从以药品供应为中心转变为以患者为中心提供药学服务,亟需加快药学人才队伍和药学学科平台建设。
Objective To investigate the situation and service ability of discipline construction of pharmacy in eastern Guangdong hospitals and make suggestions for development of hospital pharmacy.Methods Questionnaire survey was applied to explore and evaluate the overall current situation of discipline construction of pharmacy at secondary grade and above medical institutions in the four cities of eastern Guangdong(Shantou,Jieyang,Chaozhou,and Meizhou).Results The statistical analysis of 55 medical institutions included in the survey illustrated that the staffing of pharmaceutical specialists was obviously insufficient,especially in third-grade hospitals(only 4.6%),and the proportion of pharmaceutical specialists with college degree or below in secondary grade hospitals exceeded 73.8%.The pharmaceutical care of multitudinous medical institutions was confined to traditional contents such as drug procurement and drug dispensing.Accurate drug testing was less,and the training of clinical pharmacist and the informatization construction of pharmaceutical management needed to be strengthened.Conclusion The pharmacy work of the hospitals in eastern Guangdong should gradually shift from the focus on drug supply to the provision of patient-centered pharmacy services.There is an urgent need to accelerate the construction of the pharmaceutical team to provide efficient and high-quality pharmaceutical care.
