分体式避雷器底座泄漏电流在线监测装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了一种分体式避雷器底座泄漏电流在线监测装置设计方案,通过改善分体式避雷器外部材质结构,增设安全防腐材料,将基础钢座底部增加排水孔,同时在瓷瓶与引下线之间加装绝缘性能良好的硅橡胶垫。与此同时,在绝缘底座底部安装电流传感器,在线监测绝缘底座泄漏电流;在基础钢座底部安装湿度传感器,监测钢座内部水汽含量。当设备状态异常时,现场监控终端根据检测结果,启动警报装置,同时后台监控人员可以根据运行状态启动不同的检修方案,为尽快恢复设备正常运行提供保障。 An on-line monitoring device design plan for leakage current of separated lightning arrester base is introduced.By improving the external material structure of the separated lightning arrester,adding safety and anticorrosive materials,drainage holes are added to the bottom of the base steel pole,and silicone rubber pads with good insulation performance are added between the porcelain bottle and the lead wire.At the same time,a current sensor is installed at the bottom of the insulating base to monitor the leakage current of the insulating base on-line,and a humidity sensor is installed at the bottom of the steel pole to monitor the water vapor concentration inside the steel pole.By setting the threshold,when the leakage current is detected to be higher than the threshold value,the transmission results are sent to the field monitoring terminal.At the same time,the on-site monitoring terminal activates the alarm device according to the detection result,which can remind the on-site maintenance personnel that the equipment is faulty,so as to be repaired in time.
