A study on morphological differences of Coilia nasus from different populations

摘要 基于多变量分析法对辽河、大洋河、鸭绿江和太湖的刀鲚(Coilia nasus)地理群体形态学可数性状、可量性状和框架数据,以聚类分析、判别分析、主成分分析三种多元分析法对其进行综合比较。结果显示:聚类分析将鸭绿江和太湖群体聚为一支,说明在形态上两群体较接近;主成分分析发现大洋河、鸭绿江和太湖3个刀鲚群体形态差异发生在背鳍以后的尾部;判别分析建立的判别函数对3个群体内判别准确率均为100%,群体间综合判别准确率为96.74%,有效判别各群体刀鲚归属。3个群体刀鲚在形态上存在差异,主成分分析、判别分析和聚类分析方法能够不同程度区分出它们的形态差异。 The morphological countable traits,quantifiable traits and framework data of Coilia nasus in Liaohe River,Dayanghe River,Yalujiang River and Taihu Lake populations were compared by cluster analysis,discriminant analysis and principal component analysis based on multivariate analysis.The principal component analysis showed that the morphological differences of the three C.nasus populations from Dayanghe River,Yalujiang River and Taihu Lake occurred in the tail after the dorsal fin.The discrimination function established by discriminant analysis had a discrimination accuracy of 100%for all three populations and a comprehensive discrimination accuracy of 96.74%among these populations,effectively distinguishing the attribution of C.nasus in each population.There were morphological differences among the three C.nasus populations.The principal component analysis,discriminant analysis and clustering analysis could distinguish their morphological differences to varying degrees.The improved framework of C.nasus established in this study had raised the discrimination accuracy of C.nasus geographical populations,which was evidenced by 100%accuracy in the discrimination analysis among populations and 96.74%accuracy of the discrimination rate among populations.The results of this study could provide data support for the study on ecologic morphology of C.nasus.
