摘要
在桥梁结构设计与桥梁荷载试验计算中,铺装层往往被保守地当作恒载来处理,未考虑其对主梁受力影响,而桥面铺装层对主梁的影响主要取决于铺装层与主梁的结合形式。文中以某普通钢筋混凝土梁为研究对象,针对桥面铺装结构和主梁的强、弱2种不同结合形式,在不同铺装层厚度下进行有限元模拟计算和结构静载试验;通过对比分析计算结果与试验结果,指出混凝土铺装层是桥梁结构承力构件的一部分,与主梁共同参与受力,从而提出桥梁结构计算模型中混凝土铺装层与主梁的合理的结合形式。
In the bridge structure design and bridge load test calculation,pavement is often treated as dead load conservatively,without considering its influence on the main beam.The influence of bridge deck pavement on main girder mainly depends on the combination form of pavement and main girder.A common reinforced concrete beam is taken as the research object.Aiming at the strong and weak combination of the bridge deck pavement structure and the main beam,the finite element simulation calculation and static load test of the structure are carried out under different pavement thickness.By comparing the calculation results and the experimental results,it is pointed out that the concrete pavement is apart of the bearing components of the bridge structure,and it bears the load together with the main girder of bridge structure.Thus,the reasonable combination form of the concrete pavement and the main beam in the calculation model of the bridge structure is proposed,which can provide the theoretical basis for the design and bearing evaluation of the same kind of bridges.
