摘要
针对当前变电站线路开关旁路代路操作中,纵联保护收发信切换把手切换不到位导致保护误动或者拒动的问题,文中全面分析了收发信切换在多种故障情况下可能存在的风险,并针对性提出了一种风险防控措施.该措施通过对现有纵联保护收发信回路进行改造,增加模拟发信回路,并对旁路代路操作步骤进行优化,从而实现旁路代路操作时对收发信回路完整性的检验,避免因收发信切换把手切换不到位导致保护通信中断的问题,消除保护回路上的技术和管理盲区,提高旁路代路时继电保护系统可靠性,保障电网安全稳定运行.
In view of the problem that the switch handle of the pilot protection is not in place in the current operation of the bypass of the substation line switch,resulting in the protection malfunction or rejection,this paper comprehensively analyzes the possible risks of the switch of the receiving and sending signals under various fault conditions,and puts forward a kind of risk prevention and control measures.This measure is based on the transformation of the existing receiving and sending circuit of the pilot protection,add analog sending circuit,and optimizes the operation steps of bypass,so as to realize the inspection of the integrity of receiving and sending circuits during bypass substitute operation,avoid the interruption of protection communication caused by the improper switch of receiving and sending switch handle,eliminate the blind spots on protection circuits,and improve the reliability of relay protection system when bypassing,ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
