摘要
目的探讨超声引导图像配准技术在相控高强度聚焦超声(pHIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤中的临床可行性。方法收集2019年1月至12月在上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院进行pHIFU治疗的40例患者的临床资料,评估40例子宫肌瘤患者超声引导图像的配准效果,并与磁共振(MRI)图像对比,评价图像配准的可靠性与一致性。结果 40例子宫肌瘤全部实现图像配准操作,图像融合质量好,肌瘤边界清楚,显示了超声影像上被伪影挡住的图像信息。超声和MRI在长、宽、高方向上的一致性均较强(P<0.001),超声与非灌注区(NPV)在长、宽、高方向上具有一定的一致性(P<0.001)。结论超声引导的图像配准技术操作简便,提高了图像的清晰度,为子宫肌瘤的pHIFU治疗与导航奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the clinical feasibility of ultrasound-guided image registration technique in thetreatment of uterine fibroids with p HIFU.MethodsThe clinical data of 40 patients treated with p HIFU from January2019 to December 2019 in the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital were collected.The effect ofultrasonic-guided image in 40 patients with uterine fibroids was evaluated and compared with MRI images to evaluatethe reliability and consistency of ultrasound-guided image registration technique.ResultsAll 40 cases of uterinefibroids achieved image registration.The quality of image registration was good and the uterine fibroids is well-defined.The image information obscured by artifacts on the ultrasound image was shown.The consistency of US with MRI inlength,width and height was strong(P<0.001).US was consistent with NPV in length,width and height(P<0.001).ConclusionThe ultrasound-guided image registration technique is easy to operate,and it improves the clarity ofimage,which lays a foundation for treatment and navigation of p HIFU.
