摘要
在法庭科学中,毛发分析发挥着越来越重要的作用。毛发分析提供了其他生物检材(如血液和尿液)所没有的独特优势,包括较长的检测时间窗口、易于收集和样本稳定。本文综述了近年来国内外毛发样本前处理技术的发展,简述了毛发分析过程中去污、提取和纯化步骤,同时就不同种类毒品,总结了所需的有机溶剂、提取方法和纯化方式。
In forensic science,hair analysis plays an increasingly important role. Hair analysis provides unique advantages not found in other biopsies such as blood and urine,including longer detection windows,ease of collection,and sample stability. In this paper,the development of hair sample pretreatment techniques at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed. The decontamination,extraction and purification steps in the hair analysis process are briefly described. At the same time,the required organic solvents,extraction methods and purifications are summarized for different kinds of drugs.
