摘要
目的:通过ICP-MS测定不同产地硫黄中无机元素的种类与含量,比较分析硫黄的特征微量元素及其与产地的关系,建立硫黄无机元素的分布特征图谱。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定硫黄中的无机元素,用SPSS24.0对数据进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果:测定了矿物药硫黄中的70种微量元素,主成分分析结果显示Ca、Na、Al、K、Ti、As等元素为特征微量元素;聚类结果表明样品中微量元素的种类、含量与产地存在一定的关联性,但也与产地有不同,不同之处可能与厂家的加工方式有关;此外,建立了硫黄中无机元素的分布特征图谱。结论:该结果为硫黄的有效性、安全性评价及质量标准制定提供了科学的参考依据。
Objective:To determine the types and contents of inorganic elements in sulfur from different habitats by ICP-MS,to analyze the relationship between trace elements in sulfur and its habitats,and to establish the distribution characteristics of inorganic elements in sulfur. Methods:The inorganic elements in sulfur were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The data were analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis using SPSS24.0. Results:Seventy trace elements in mineral sulfur were determined. The results of principal component analysis showed that elements such as Ca,Na,Al,K,Ti and As were characteristic trace elements. The clustering results indicated the types and contents of trace elements in the samples had a certain correlation with their habitats. But there were also differences related to the processing mode of the manufacturer. In addition,the distribution characteristic map of inorganic elements in sulfur was established. Conclusion:This result provides a scientific reference for the effectiveness,safety evaluation and quality standard of sulfur.
