摘要
为了探讨钢桥面铺装材料模量参数,针对目前试验方法不能真实反映钢桥面铺装受力特点的问题,采用复合梁五点加载试验模型,建立了钢桥面铺装材料弯拉模量解析公式法,并与采用有限元数值分析方法计算的结果进行了对比;对浇注式沥青混合料GA10和高弹改性沥青SMA10两种典型铺装材料,通过不同温度条件下的逐级加载试验,测试不同荷载作用下加载点的变形,采用解析公式法和数值分析方法计算材料弯拉模量。结果表明:在试验温度和加载力范围内,复合梁加载点变形与荷载大小呈较好的线性关系,并且在较低的温度下,浇注式沥青混合料GA10复合梁的变形明显小于高弹改性沥青SMA10复合梁,在较高温度下,二者相差不大。采用解析公式法确定的弯拉模量与数值分析法计算的结果具有较好的一致性,当竖向位移达到同样值时,两种方法计算得到的弯拉模量差异率在4%以内。同时通过数据分析,确定了不同温度下浇注式沥青混合料GA10和高弹改性沥青SMA10的弯拉模量计算式,并提出了不同温度范围下弯拉模量的取值范围。论文提出的解析公式方法可根据实际荷载条件及变形量,较为简捷地计算铺装材料的弯拉模量,这对指导钢桥面铺装设计及力学分析具有重要作用。
In order to explore the modulus parameter of steel deck paving materials,in view of the problem that the current test method cannot truly reflect the stress characteristics of steel bridge deck pavement,the analytic formula method of flexural-tensile modulus of steel deck paving materials is established by five-point loading test model of composite beam,and the calculation of this method is compared with that obtained by FE numerical analysis method.Regarding the 2 typical asphalt pavement materials(gussasphalt GA10 and high elastic modified asphalt SMA10),the deformation of loading point under different loads are tested by the stepwise loading at temperatures.The flexural-tensile moduli of the materials are calculated by analytic formula method and numerical analysis method.The result shows that(1)In the range of test temperature and loading,the deformation of loading point of composite beam has a good linear relationship with the load value.At lower temperatures,the deformation of composite beam of GA10 is significantly smaller than that of composite beam of SMA10,while at higher temperatures,there is little difference between the 2 beams.(2)The flexural-tensile moduli calculated by the 2 methods have good consistency.When the vertical displacements reach the same value,the difference rate of flexural-tensile modulus calculated by the 2 methods is within 4%.The formulas of flexural-tensile moduli of GA10 and SMA10 at different temperatures are determined through data analysis,and the value range of flexural-tensile modulus in different temperature ranges is proposed.The proposed analytic formula method can be used to simply calculate the flexural-tensile modulus of pavement materials according to the actual load conditions and deformation,and it will play an important role in guiding the design and mechanical analysis of steel bridge deck pavement.
