摘要
利用电动振动台、低温试验箱、SCR尿素罐等设备进行了振动对低温解冻速率影响的试验,主要研究振动因素有振动方向、振动频率和振动加速度。试验结果表明:各种振动条件都有利于提高结冰尿素罐的低温解冻速率,垂直方向的振动影响大于水平方向;振动频率越高,解冻速率越快,但提升效果会随着振动频率的增加而削弱;振动加速度越大,解冻速率越快,且提升效果随着振动加速度的增加而更加明显。
The effect of vibration on the thawing process in a urea tank was studied,experimental equipments included electronic vibration machine,low-temperature chamber,SCR urea tank and vibration factors studied were direction,frequency and acceleration.Results show that thawing process is promoted in all vibration conditions.Effect of vibration in vertical direction is stronger than that in horizontal direction.Thawing process is promoted with increase in vibration frequency,but the promotion effect is weakened with higher vibration frequency.With increase in vibration acceleration,thawing process is sped up and the effect is more obvious with larger vibration acceleration.
