摘要
以六水合硝酸铈、六水合硝酸锌以及九水合硝酸铝为原料,采用柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米CeO2/ZnO/Al2O3紫外屏蔽材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等测试手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,样品为30~50 nm纳米团状颗粒,并在UVA紫外区域比与同等条件下合成的CeO2/ZnO更好的吸收。CeO 2/ZnO/Al2O3样品在紫外光照射下90min RhB溶液脱色率仅为23%,具有优良的紫外屏蔽性能,且与CeO2/ZnO相比没有光催化性。
With cerium nitrate,zinc nitrate and aluminum nitrate hydrate as raw material,citric acid sol-gel method is used to the preparation of the nano CeO 2/ZnO/Al 2 O 3 as UV-shielding material.The sample was characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis).Results show that the samples are 30~50 nm particles,and have good absorption in the UVA region compared with CeO2/ZnO synthesized in the same condition.The decoloring rate of RhB with CeO2/ZnO/Al2O3 sample in 90 min under UV irradiation is only 23%.It has an excellent UV-shielding performance.Compared with CeO 2/ZnO synthesized in the same condition,CeO2/ZnO/Al2O 3 has no photocatalytic properties.
