摘要
目的探讨运用3D耳石症模型的BPPV诊疗技能培训课程在基层医院推广的效果。方法开发新模式BPPV诊疗技能培训课程,对基层医院37名坐诊医师进行培训,对比培训前后复位手法的熟练程度及培训后复位手法有效率。结果学员四种诊疗手法熟练程度培训前、后自评分数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。培训后每位学员各种手法均能达到熟练,培训后复位手法有效率100.00%。培训后学员自评、学员互评、老师评价之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。表明三者评价之间没有差异性,评价结果客观有效。结论该课程的培训成效显著,课程教学编排合理,值得向基层医院坐诊医师推广。
Objective To explore the effect of promoting training courses of BPPV diagnosis and treatment skills using 3D otolith model in primary hospitals.Methods A new model of training courses for BPPV diagnosis and treatment skills was developed to train 37 attending doctors in primary hospitals.The proficiency of the reduction technique before and after training and the effectiveness of the reduction technique after training were compared.Results The trainees'self-evaluation scores on the proficiency level of the four diagnostic techniques before and after training were compared.There were significant differences before and after training(P<0.01).After training,each trainee could reach proficiency in various techniques.The effectiveness of the reduction technique after training was 100.00%.After the training,the trainees'self-evaluation,trainees'mutual evaluation,and trainer's evaluation were compared(P all>0.05),indicating that there was no difference between the three evaluations,and the evaluation results were objective and effective.Conclusion The research shows that the training of this course is effective and the course curriculum is reasonable,which is worthy of promotion among the attending doctors in primary hospitals.
