摘要 国内各大高校在自发推行本科生导师制的过程中遇到了诸多问题。作者提出“以学科带动专业发展的医学本科生导师制构想”,并以安徽医科大学妇幼保健医学专业为例,经过充分调研,从明确导师指导内容、分担导师压力、完善配套政策多角度进一步完善了以上构想。这将为实现医学本科生导师制与传统学分学年制的有机融合提供参考。 Major colleges and universities in China have encountered many problems in the process of spontaneous implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system.The writers put forward the"conception of the tutorial system for medical undergraduates that promotes professional development by disciplines",and takes the Major of Maternal and Child Health of Anhui Medical University as an example.After thorough research,it has further improved the concpetion from the perspective of clarifying the content of tutor guidance,sharing the pressure of tutors,and improving supporting policies.This will provide a reference for the organic integration of the tutorial system for medical undergraduates and the traditional credit and academic year system.
