摘要
产后痹是以产后肢体、关节酸痛或全身疼痛为主要症状的一种疾病,针对产后痹的治疗,各路医学专家有不同见解。吉海旺教授为国家级名老中医药专家,他主张产后痹因产后气血两虚致冲任虚损所致,临床治疗同时兼顾袪邪、固本、调畅气血、通达气机,以扶正袪邪、滋阴补虚为原则,标本兼治。本文将调补冲任作为主法,兼顾去邪、固本、补虚、疏肝,总结分析吉海旺教授在自拟二仙二地汤基础上临症加减、辨证治疗及用药经验,并通过案例分析来探讨诊疗思路。
Postpartum arthralgia is a kind of disease with the main symptoms of postpartum limb, joint pain or systemic pain. For the treatment of postpartum palsy, various medical experts have different opinions. JI Hai-wang, a professor at the national famous old Chinese medicine experts, advocates that postpartum arthralgia is caused by postpartum Qi and blood deficiency and Chong-Ren asthenic impaired. Clinical treatment should focus on removing pathogenic factors, strengthening the root, regulating Qi and blood and unobstructing Qi activity with the principle of strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and nourishing Yin and replenishing deficiency, so as to seek both temporary and permanent solutions. This article regards regulating and tonifying Chong-Ren as the main treatment method, taking into account of eliminating evils, fixing the roots, replenishing the deficiency and relieving the liver. The paper summarize and analyze professor JI Hai-wang’s addition and subtraction through symptoms, dialectic treatment and medication experience on the basis of the self-made Erxian Erdi decoction, and discuss the diagnosis and treatment ideas through case analysis.
