摘要
目的:探究基于专题教育的家庭干预对精神分裂症患者家庭亲密度、自杀行为的影响。方法:选择2017年2月-2019年3月于本院精神卫生中心治疗出院的104例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组52例。两组患者均根据病情给予常规抗精神病药物治疗,观察组患者及家属接受基于专题教育的家庭干预。于干预前后采用家庭亲密度与适应性量表(FACESⅡ-CV)、阳性及阴性症状量表(PANSS)、自杀风险评估量表(NGASR)等问卷进行干预效果的评估。结果:干预后,观察组实际亲密度、理想亲密度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不满意程度低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后实际适应性、理想适应性、适应性不满意程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组干预后PANSS总分、阳性症状评分、NGASR评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),自杀风险评级显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于专题教育的家庭干预可帮助提高精神分裂症患者家庭亲密度,对于减少自杀行为倾向、控制病情有一定助益。
Objective:To explore effects of family intervention based on thematic education on family intimacy and suicidal behaviors in schizophrenia patients.Method:A total of 104 schizophrenia patients who were discharged from mental health center of the hospital during the period from February 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled as study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,52 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine antipsychotic medication according to their conditions.The patients and their family members in observation group were given family intervention based on thematic education.Before and after intervention,family adaptability and cohesion scale(FACESⅡ-CV),positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)and nurses’global assessment of suicide risk(NGASR)were applied to evaluate intervention effects.Result:After intervention,scores of actual intimacy,ideal intimacy in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the degree of dissatisfaction was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in actual adaptability,ideal adaptability and degree of dissatisfaction between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,total score of PANSS,scores of positive symptoms and NGASR score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05),and suicide risk rating was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family intervention based on thematic education can help increase family intimacy of schizophrenia patients,which is beneficial for reducing suicidal behavior tendency and controlling condition.
