摘要
目的探讨冠修复与根管同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年1年~2018年6月我院收治的300例隐裂牙牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(150例)与研究组(150例)。对照组患者实施冠修复与根管治疗分步治疗,研究组患者实施冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛情况、治疗总满意度。结果治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠修复与根管同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓炎患者的效果显著,可有效提高患者的治疗总满意度,并改善患者的牙齿疼痛情况,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of crown repair and root canal therapy in the treatment of cracked pulpitis.Methods A total of 300 patients with cryptic pulpitis admitted to our hospital from 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects in the study.They were divided into the control group(150 cases)and the study group(150 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with crown repair and root canal therapy in step by step,while patients in the study group were treated with crown repair and root canal therapy simultaneously.After treatment,the treatment effect,pain and total treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pain in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of crown repair and root canal therapy in the treatment of patients with cracked pulpitis is significant,which can effectively improve the total satisfaction of treatment and improve the patients′tooth pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
