摘要
目的探讨个人护理终端信息系统(PDA)分级护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7~12月我院收治的102例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各51例。对照组产妇实施传统模式护理,观察组产妇实施PDA分级护理。比较两组产妇的护理工作时间、护理不良事件总发生率、产妇服务总满意度。结果观察组产妇的绘制体温单时间、病历资料查询时间、发放药物时间、记录生命体征时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的护理不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的服务总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDA分级护理在剖宫产产妇中的效果很好,产妇满意度较高,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate application effect of personal digital assistant(PDA)graded nursing in cesarean section puerperae.Methods A total of 102 cesarean section puerperae treated in our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,51 cases in each group.In the control group,puerperae received traditional nursing,while in the observation group,puerperae received PDA graded nursing.The nursing work time,the total incidence of nursing adverse events and the total service satisfaction of puerperae between the two groups were compared.Results The time to draw temperature list,inquiry time of medical records,time to distribute medicine,time to record vital signs in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total service satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDA graded nursing in cesarean section in the maternal effect is very good,puerperae′s satisfaction is high,worthy of clinical application.
