摘要
利用2000—2017年相关数据,基于网络EBM模型测算建筑业绿色技术创新分阶段效率和整体效率,建立Tobit回归模型,分析不同类型环境规制对建筑业绿色技术创新效率产生的影响。结果表明,2000—2017年中国建筑业绿色技术创新整体效率较高,技术研发阶段效率有很大进步空间,成果转化阶段效率良好;不同类型环境规制工具对建筑业绿色技术创新效率具有不同影响,三种类型环境规制工具共同发挥作用才能更好地促进建筑业绿色发展。
In order to explore the impact of different types of environmental regulation on the green technology innovation efficiency of construction industry,this paper used relevant data from 2000 to 2017 to calculate the green technology innovation efficiency of each stage and overall based on the network EBM model.Then Tobit regression model was established to analyze the impact of different types of environmental regulations on the green technology innovation efficiency of the construction industry.The results show that from 2000 to 2017,the overall green tech⁃nology innovation efficiency of China's construction industry is relatively high,the efficiency of research and devel⁃opment stage has great room for improvement,and the efficiency of achievement transformation stage is high;differ⁃ent types of environmental regulation tools have different effects on the green technology innovation efficiency of construction industry,only when the three types of environmental regulation tools work together can they promote the green development of the construction industry better.
