摘要
文章从农户家庭决策的视角出发,对农户产生职业分化的原因进行分析。使用结构方程模型分析发现生计资本与农业认知对农户职业分化影响显著。研究表明生计资本对农户的职业分化存在显著的正向影响,而农业认知对农户职业分化存在显著的负向影响,且农业认知对农户职业分化的影响显著的大于家庭生计资本对农户职业分化情况的影响。文章研究的重要意义在于,考虑到分工优势以及家庭总收益最大化的问题,促进农户家庭总体的职业分化对缓解农村剩余劳动力的压力提供了一个新思路。
This article analyzes the reasons for the occupational differentiation of farmers from the perspective of household decision-making.Using structural equation model analysis,it is found that livelihood capital and agricultural cognition have a significant impact on farmers’career differentiation.Studies have shown that livelihood capital has a significant positive effect on the professional differentiation of farmers,while agricultural cognition has a significant negative effect on the professional differentiation of farmers.Moreover,the influence of agricultural cognition on the occupational differentiation of farmers is significantly greater than that of household livelihood capital on the occupational differentiation of farmers.The important significance of the article’s research is that,taking into account the issue of division of labor advantages and the maximization of total household income,promoting the overall occupational differentiation of rural households provides a new idea for alleviating the pressure of rural surplus labor.
