摘要
目的完善牙痛药水的质量标准。方法建立TLC法,用于鉴别牙痛药水中的细辛、荜茇和高良姜;建立GC法,以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,同时测定牙痛药水中的异龙脑、龙脑和丁香酚的含量。气相色谱条件:Supelcowax TM-10(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱,载气为氮气,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),采用程序升温,初始温度为80℃,以25℃·min^-1的速率升温至180℃,保留3 min,以20℃·min^-1的速率升温至200℃,保持10 min。结果TLC色谱斑点清晰,分离效果较好,阴性对照无干扰,重复性好。在GC色谱条件下,异龙脑、龙脑和丁香酚分离良好,平均回收率分别为101.20%(RSD=0.90%),99.74%(RSD=0.45%)和99.82%(RSD=0.36%)。结论所建立的方法可靠易行,专属性强,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Toothache Potion.Methods TLC method was established for the identification of Asarum,Long pepper and Galangal in Toothache Potion.Besides,a simultaneous GC determination method for isoborneol,borneol and eugenol in Toothache Potion with salicylate as an internal standard was established.The system consisted of capillary Supelcowax TM-10 as the column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),nitrogen as the carrier gas and FID as the detector.Programmed heating was used in this experiment.The initial temperature was 80℃,then raised to 180℃at a rate of 25℃·min^-1 and stayed for 3 min,finally raised to 200℃at a rate of 20℃·min^-1 and stayed for 10 min.Results The TLC method showed good resolution with clean spots and without interference from negative control.Isoborneol,borneol and eugenol were separated well under GC.The average recoveries were 101.20%(RSD=0.90%),99.74%(RSD=0.45%)and 99.82%(RSD=0.36%),respectively.Conclusion The method established in this paper is simple,reliable and specific,and can be used as a quality control method for Toothache Potion.
