摘要
目的建立能同时测定牛黄至宝丸中3种有效成分含量的HPLC法。方法采用Waters XBriage C 18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-1 mL·L^-1磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min^-1;柱温为35℃;检测波长0~10 min为239 nm,10~40 min为277 nm。结果连翘苷、橙皮苷和栀子苷分别在0.0202~0.5055,0.1005~2.5055和0.1007~2.5175μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.04%,98.03%和98.57%(n=6),RSD值分别为0.62%,0.73%和0.57%。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,可用于牛黄至宝丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a determination method of 3 constituents in Niuhuangzhibao Pills by HPLC.Methods The Waters XBriage C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1 mL·L^-1 aqueous phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelength was set at 239 nm between 0-10 min,then switched to 277 nm between 10-40 min.Results The linear ranges of phillyrin,hesperidin and geniposide were 0.0202-0.5055,0.1005-2.5055 and 0.1007-2.5175μg,respectively.The average recoveries of the 3 consitituents were 98.04%(RSD=0.62%),98.03%(RSD=0.73%)and 98.57%(RSD=0.57%)(n=6),respectively.Conclusion The proposed method was simple,accurate and sensitive,which can be used for the quality control of Niuhuangzhibao Pills.
