摘要
实验教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,建立并完善实验室绩效考核制度,有助于提高实验室教师的工作积极性。针对学校实验教师队伍现状及绩效考核制度存在的问题,通过设置详细的指标和赋值权重,构建符合学校实际和发展的绩效考核制度。
Experimental teachers are an important part of the teaching staff in colleges and universities. In view of the current situation of experimental teachers in school and the problems existing in the performance appraisal system, this paper establishes a performance appraisal system in line with the actual situation and development of the school by setting detailed indicators and assigning value weights.
