摘要
为得到稳定的40%联苯菊酯·噻虫啉悬浮剂产品,对润湿分散剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂、防冻剂和消泡剂等不同助剂进行筛选和优化,最终确定各助剂品种及添加量,经过检测结果表明,该产品的冷热贮及常温表现稳定,无析水分层现象,热贮有效成分分解率低于5%,热贮有效成分悬浮率在90%以上。该产品用于防治茶叶小绿叶蝉,具有极大的市场推广和应用价值。
To get the stable product of the bifenthrin·thiacloprid 40%SC,we had filtrated the different formulation additives including the wetting and dispersing agent,pH conditioner,thickening agent,antifreeze,antifoaming,the additives and the addition of each additives was finally determined.Experiment results showed that bifenthrin·thiacloprid 40%SC had stable appearance in cold and hot storage and room temperature,low dialysis ratio of water,active ingredients had high suspending rate,good fluidity,and the decomposition rate in hot storage was less than 5%,and the suspending rate can be more than 95%.The product has significant advantages in the control of Empoasca pirisuga Matumura and has great market promotion and application value.
