摘要
为了改善SBR改性沥青的高温性能及体系稳定性、提高聚氨酯(PU)改性沥青的低温性能,将PU与SBR复配对基质沥青进行改性,对PU/SBR复合改性沥青及其混合料的性能进行了评价。结果表明:PU/SBR复合改性沥青兼具良好的高低温性能,3.5%SBR+0~6%PU和4.5%SBR+0~8%PU复配方案下的PU/SBR复合改性沥青,低温PG分级达到-24℃,推荐适宜的PU掺量为4%~6%、SBR掺量为3.5%;3.5%SBR+6%、4%PU和6%PU改性沥青混合料具有优良的高温稳定性和水稳定性能,与5%SBS改性沥青相比,PU/SBR复合改性沥青混合料的动稳定度对试验温度的敏感程度更低。
In order to improve the high temperature performance and system stability of SBR modified asphalt and improve the low temperature performance of polyurethane modified asphalt,polyurethane and SBR were compounded.The performance of polyurethane and SBR composite modified asphalt and its mixture was evaluated.The results show that the polyurethane/SBR composite modified asphalt has good high and low temperature performance,the low temperature PG classification of SBR/polyurethane composite modified asphalt under 3.5%SBR+0~6%polyurethane and 4.5%SBR+0~8%polyurethane compounding scheme reached-24℃.A suitable polyurethane content of 4%to 6%and a SBR content of 3.5%are recommended.3.5%SBR+6%,4%polyurethane,and 6%polyurethane modified asphalt mixture has excellent high temperature stability and water stability.Compared with 5%SBS modified asphalt,the dynamic stability of polyurethane/SBR composite modified asphalt mixture is less sensitive to the test temperature.
