摘要
为了降低柴油发动机在混凝土泵上工作时的能耗和噪声,通过实时检测发动机的转速、扭矩、功率、喷油量以及油泵的负载压力,根据发动机万有特性曲线,对发动机转速与负载进行科学的功率匹配,在混凝土泵送过程中使发动机在经济省油区工作。在工程应用过程中验证表明,以上方法可以实现混凝土泵总线发动机的节能降噪效果。
In order to reduce the energy consumption and noise of diesel engine on the concrete pump,through real-time detection of engine speed,torque,power and fuel injection quantity and load pressure of oil pump,the engine speed and the load were scientifically matched according to the universal characteristic curve of the engine,so as to keep the engine running in the economic and fuel-saving area during the concrete pumping process.The verification by engineering application shows that the above method can achieve the goal of energy saving and noise reduction for the bus engine of concrete pump.
