摘要
结合翻板在实际使用中所产生的问题,并对其故障类型进行了系统地分析,在此基础上总结出各种故障类型的智能判据,进而开发出一套翻板远程智能监控系统。经实践验证,该系统不仅可以区分平台翻板故障及防护网故障,还可以快速定位故障位置及类型。
In this paper, the fault types were systematically analyzed combined with the problems caused by the actual use of the flip-board. Based on this, the intelligent criterion of various fault types is summarized. Then a set of remote intelligent monitoring system is developed. It is verified by practice that the system can not only distinguish the fault on the platform side and the protection net side, but also can locate the fault location and type quickly.
