摘要
目的观察顺铂胸腔注射治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法选择医院2016年1月至2019年5月收治的肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者60例,随机分成对照组与研究组,各30例。研究组单纯顺铂胸腔注射局部用药治疗,对照组应用全身化疗,对比临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论胸腔注射顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液疗效确切,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Cisplatin Injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer.Methods From January 2016 to May 2019,60 patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Cisplatin Injection in thoracic cavity,while the control group was treated with systemic chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 83.3%,which was significantly higher than 60.0%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cisplatin Injection is effective and safe in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer.
